HEALTH FOR ALL - Anatomic Therapy By Healer Baskar

Anatomic therapy is a simple technique by which we can easily look after our Physical, Mental and Spiritual health. By maintaining a balance, we can be healthy.

Modern medical systems exist only for emergency. Specifically Go for allopathic treatment if the injury is caused by external injuries like accidents etc. For problems arising due to internal conditions like virus, bacterial infections, cold, cough or conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, follow anatomic therapy.
Anatomic therapy concentrates on physical health, mental and spiritual health.
The most important points to remember why this technique will succeed is:
  • Our body knows how to take care of itself. As a child, when we knew nothing about the way body works, still things functioned perfectly fine.
  • Blood supplies all essential nutrients to cells. So the only reasons for problem is - less blood in the body, nutrients deficiency in blood, nutrients absence in blood or loss of intelligence by the blood cells. Except the final condition (which happens only after say 100 years), all other conditions are curable and hence every disease is curable.
  • Anatomic therapy IS TO BE UNDERSTOOD IN FULL by seeing the videos in this link . The following article may give a concise summary to evoke reader's interest towards health, but you should follow anatomic therapy principles only after hearing the videos of Healer Baskar and fully understanding all aspects.

    Anatomic Therapy: Physical Health

    Prerequisite:
    • Strong mind that we can cure any problems through this way is an essential prerequisite. Without a positive mind, there can be no cures.
    • Emotions have a big role that affect each and every system in the body. Awareness is important.
    How to have a positive mind even in challenging situations? Answer in brief (Explained in detail in Mental Health section):
    • Always understand that thoughts are like a river. Thoughts like water keeps flowing. It is up to us whether we focus on good things or bad things. What we focus on will get registered in our mind. The most simple and effective Solution when we are faced with Challenging/tense situation is to hold on to the positive thoughts and let go negative thoughts. If you are looking at the water flowing in the river, you can OPT to focus on the pleasant sound, nature's beauty, and the vastness of energy. OR You can focus on non positive things like - River may appear dirty etc. Understand such thoughts do come, but we can let go that negative thought after 5 seconds. There may be too many people at the river bed that may be irritating. Let go of that NON positive thought after 5 seconds.
    • This takes a month or two to practice. After that, we can easily categorize our thoughts (both positive and negative). They will keep coming. Secret of happiness is, We should hold on to the positive thoughts and let go off the negative thoughts.
    • For anatomic therapy, understanding this point is very essential. Once you understand this, always you will focus on BEING HEALTHY! That should always be the thought to hold on. How do I become healthy? How can I make my digestion healthy? How can I make my eye healthy? How can I make my condition healthy? DO NOT think of diseases which by definition is negative. Do not keep telling yourself you have diabetes, blood pressure etc. Rather tell yourself how do I GET GOOD SUGAR IN MY BODY? How do I ensure blood pressure is normal?
    Once you are positive about GETTING HEALTHY, 50% of the solution is achieved. Congratulations! Read again the following statement many times so that it gets registered in our minds (That is positive words/thoughts registering in our mind)!
    • Our body knows how to take care of itself.
    • Blood supplies all essential nutrients to cells. Taking care of ingredients to blood, we can cure become HEALTHY.
    Anatomic therapy heavily burrows from traditional Ayurvedic practices.

    A positive mind AND balance in the 5 elements of nature is anatomic therapy. The 5 elements are -
    • Earth/Food,
    • Water,
    • Air,
    • Space/Sleep,
    • Temperature/Fire/Activity
    This is the panacea for good HEALTH! With that extremely short introduction, lets see the practices we need to Follow to gain balance and health (Note that following all these 100% IS NOT NECESSARY, awareness and following as much as possible is something anyone can do)
  • The first element is Earth or Food

    Cell needs Glucose, Oxygen and other nutrients to be supplied and it produces byproducts like ammonia, urea and uric acid. The only control we have is to ensure that we eat good food, variety of food to supply all nutrients and eat in a way that our digestive systems work well.

    Balance in Food

    There are 7 Guiding Rules (Its not that everything should be followed 100%. The more you follow the healthier you are).
    RULE 1) Eat only when hungry

    Always eat something when hungry and do not eat if you are not hungry, wait till you get hungry.

    RULE 2) Chew your food, close your mouth and taste the food well.

    Even if you do not follow any other rule, this powerful rule will help you avoid diabetes in your life. Reason for this that Saliva mixes well with food, it digests the food into the right Sucrose molecules that can be digested by your body and insulin will get produced at an optimum level.

    RULE 3) Recognize six tastes and have it in balanced way in every meal (neither too much nor too less)

    Sweet (Jaggery, Honey etc NOT White Sugar or refined foods)

    Sour (Tomato NOT Coco cola or refined drinks)

    Bitter (Pepper)

    Salt (Rock Salt NOT Refined Salt)

    Pungent (Garlic, Onion)

    Astringent (Pomegranate)

    Amla has all 6 tastes combined.



    RULE 4) Avoid Refined Food in super markets


    Avoid MAIDA – Maida Samosa, Maida Kachori, Maida Parota, Maida Bread, Maida ANYTHING.

    AVOID White Refined Sugar - Replace with Cane Sugar, Chemical free sugar, Jaggery, Honey.

    AVOID White Refined Salt – Replace with Rock Salt

    AVOID Refined Oil – Replace with Physically refined oil, Organic Sesame oil, Organic groundnut oil (Buy in bulk from Villages or towns where you know this is done. This works out economic)

    AVOID White Rice – Replace with Red rice or Rice which is organically grown. There are several such varieties. Note Sona masoori etc are not organic rice.

    AVOID Pulses – Buy organically grown pulses

    AVOID Millets – Buy organically grown millets.



    RULE 5) Do not drink water half an hour before food and one hour after food.

    RULE 6) Order of priority in foods

    King of food is RAW fruits and vegetables

    Next is Sprouts

    Next is Cooked food (rice, wheat, cooked vegetables etc)

    Next is Milk (Milk from humped Indian cow)

    Next is Tea, Coffee (not more than 2 times a day)

    Next is Non vegetarian food (avoid as much as possible)

    Lowest category which only leads to ill health is Alcohol

    RULE 7) Frequency of eating food

    Heavy in morning, medium in lunch and very less by dinner (preferably before sunset)

    Do not watch TV, mobile, computer etc. Focus only on eating food.

    Sit cross legged on a mat. This helps in sending maximum blood circulation to Stomach and Abdomen.


  • The second element is Water
    Drink natural water i.e corporation water coming directly from rivers OR direct Borewell water. If we fear that Borewell water contains too much salt content, then atleast drink coconut water etc to supply essential nutrients needed by our body from water.The misconception about water is it has to be UV/RO purified. This is wrong. Understand pure H20 is of limited use for health, rather its the minerals and nutrients present in the water that makes it very useful. The reason why labourers will be much more healthier than the diet conscious Upper middle class is simply because they do not just drink PURE H20 but they drink water with minerals and nutrients. If you start drinking Corporation water directly, there may be cases that you get lose motion for a day or two. Dont think that this is unhealthy, rather all the waste accumulated in your body is coming out and making you healthier. This is also the reason why you get a lose motion when you go to a new place and drink water there. The much needed nutrients that you got from the new water is eliminating toxins that your body was holding for a long time.

  • The third element is Air
    The most important criteria is live in an environment where there is circulation of air. Lot of problems come if we sleep with all windows closed or by having mosquito coils, etc in poorly ventilated environments. Think of air circulation both at office and home. Open both the left and right car window so that there is enough circulation of air. Breathing fresh air is a solution for a lot of kidney ailments. Always understand that closing your car windows without air circulation IS FAR MORE DETRIMENTAL THAN breathing polluted air.

  • The fourth element is Sleep
    Sleep when the body needs it. There are two phases in sleep. Phase One - the mental thoughts get organized. In this phase, lot of thoughts come to us and will last an hour or two. If the mind is racing with worries, calm it down. How? Simple, categorize things as positive and negative thought, try holding on only to positive thoughts. Once they get organized, then only we enter the second phase which is physical sleep. Do not worry if we are just rolling back and forth and thoughts are coming. Unless mental cells are organized, we will not get sound sleep. Another point is do not compare number of hours of physical sleep (2nd phase). Its proportional to the physical work body has put in that day. The more physical work during the day, the more sound physical sleep you are likely to experience.

  • The fifth element is Physical Activity
    Unlike blood, which is pumped by heart, there is a lymphatic system in our body that gets energy through kinetic energy driven by physical activity. That is the reason that moderate exercises actually energizes you. Its also responsible for immunity in the body. The main point here is you do not need to be 24 hours active. At the minimum think of exercising your joints in the body. This can be done by walking, Yoga, running, getting involved in household chores etc. Doing this for 20 minutes a day is sufficient to energize you for the whole day.
  • Once these inputs are understood, Anatomic therapy suggests that you find out which element (food, water, air, sleep or activity) that you are lacking in. Correct that activity and every problem/disease will be cured. This is not black magic, but simple science. The internal process is
  • Input is good - say we have taken right food, water, air, sleep and activity AND our mind is trained to be positive under difficult circumstances also. Then blood produced in the bone morrow is of the highest quality/grade.
  • It typically takes 3 months for all blood cells in the body to be replaced with new and healthy blood cells.
  • The body will automatically understand which parts of the body needs repair. It may be aching knees, weak heart, diabetes, etc. The body knows this.
  • With the good and healthy blood cells it supplies the essential nutrients to the organs and tissues and the new cells that are produced will no more be defective.
  • The whole body automatically becomes healthy.
  • Congratulations! You are having a great health, but typically need more details with maintaining balance in your mental health i.e You are getting a lot of worries OR you have questions regarding how to keep a positive Mind as much as possible. Here we go!

    Anatomic Therapy : Mental Health

    This is a far bigger subject and more complicated than physical health. But once we understand basics, its also simple and easy. Mind is divided into 2 parts.
    • a) BRAIN - Can also be called Logical mind/Intelligence through experience (Buddhi in tamil)
    • b) HEART - Can also be called Decision making mind/abstract mind/heart/intuition (Manasu in tamil)

    Take a moment and understand for yourselves that indeed you have 2 parts of Mental body. Easiest way to think of this is when you are EVALUATING which car to buy.
    • BRAIN is that part of the mental body which evaluates LOGIC. i.e Your Brain thinks of the Car's Budget - if you can afford it, mileage of the car, the space needed in car etc. NOTE BRAIN <=> LOGIC <=> ANALYSIS but does not include the FINAL DECISION TAKING.
    • HEART/intuition is that part of the mental body which evaluates the liking or disliking for a car. Say you like blue BMW car. It need not have a reason. You just like it. NOTE HEART <=> LIKES/DISLIKES <=> Also acts as DECISION MAKER. Also NOTE HEART may take decision that is logical or has no logic. You can buy BMW car though you know it will put a lot of financial stress. Heart can involve the brain if it feels logic is needed.
    Components are clear - logicial (BRAIN) and decision making mind (HEART). Now HOW DOES OUR THOUGHTS WORK OR HOW OUR THOUGHT PROCESS FLOWS?
    • The logical mind (BRAIN) only gives you patterns. Its based on your previous experiences. BRAIN gives inputs to the decision making mind (HEART), but will not decide on its own. Too much logical thinking makes you feel heavy and lost. Take a moment to understand this. When you are trying to be extremely logical and trying to arrive at a solution to a problem, you felt heavy and sometimes that heaviness gave you a headache, and no solution!
    • HEART is the decision making mind. Its intuition or what the heart feels. It may or may not make use of the BRAIN for logical analysis.
    • Now for the interesting part, When do you have PEACE OF MIND? - If HEART and BRAIN agree (think of it as buying a low budget car where you also like the colour), then there is PEACE OF MIND
    • When do you feel TENSION/DEPRESSION/WORRY/DISTURBED MIND - If HEART and BRAIN disagree (think of it as buying a low budget car, but you dont like the colour), then there is no PEACE OF MIND, rather there is mental tension, where you either feel heavy at heart or your mind keeps running that you feel heavy in your head.


    As told earlier, Positive mind (PEACE OF MIND) is very essential for health. No medicines or techniques will work, if mind is not positive. Anatomic therapy suggests a number of ways to be positive minded.
    • First and foremost, understand that we dont control both HEART and BRAIN. Dont try to control! Then, what should be done... Read on...
    • Positive and negative thoughts will keep coming till you are alive. For YOGIS, RICH OR POOR PEOPLE, SUCCESSFUL OR UNSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE, for everyone positive and negative thoughts will come. OK, so whats the thing we should be doing.....Read on...
    • The control is when you realize that you dont need to HOLD ON to the thoughts. Thats the key aspect. Let me repeat. You dont need to HOLD ON to the thoughts.
      For example, You feel like NOTHING is going right for you, you had a bad meeting, you went to the coffee bar, its closed, you have to finish too much work and you are not able to. Acknowledge this feeling. For 2-5 minutes, you HEART is heavy since you are down/depressed - all signs of negative thoughts. How do you solve this? Take a moment, read the above points and see if you can come up with some solutions...Yes...Good!
    • Let the positive thoughts and negative thoughts come. In the above case, Acknowleding a negative thought calms you down. BELIEVE in the fact that NOTHING is permanent in the world, and so is your negative thought. It will go. May be in 2 minutes, maybe after a good night sleep. May be after a week. Thats the key, slowly as the negative vibes are coming down, FORCE yourself with POSITIVE thoughts, think of all the good things GOD has given you - A beautiful sunrise, a nice planet, your home, your family, good climate. With practice, slowly you will be able to find a RAY OF HOPE, THE SILVER LINING in the dark cloud. You will realize that life is same, its the way you think makes ALL the difference. YOGIS, SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE see the ray of hope, the silver lining, the rest of us see the dark cloud!
    Good, Now you know to differentiate positive and negative thoughts, thats a huge achievement! Next, we will focus on one more important aspect and master the thinking techniques.
  • We said PEACE OF MIND is when HEART and BRAIN are in sync.
  • Lets understand one more point, sometimes we lean towards the HEART (intuition) and sometimes we lean towards the BRAIN (logic and experience). This is NORMAL.
  • To clarify, we have four buckets
  • Situations you listened to your HEART and your BRAIN AGREED - You went for the trip you were passionate about, you danced like a mad guy/gal, you sang because you liked to sing, you got drenced because you liked it.
  • Situations you listened to your BRAIN and your HEART AGREED - You put in more effort in the office as your logic said Salary is important, you did not get into the ocean when you went for vacation as your logic said you dont know swimming and you can be washed away.
  • Situations you listened to your BRAIN and your HEART DISAGREED - You badly wanted the BMW car, that was your life goal. But, your BRAIN said getting a 1/2 a crore loan is bad.
  • Situations you listened to your HEART and your BRAIN DISAGREED - You had a cold, your brain said dont take the icecream. But your mouth was salivating and you want the icecream you see at the party. You decided its ok, we will suffer the cold, but right NOW, I want the icecream!

    Based on whether people listen to their HEARTs OR BRAIN, we can see different types of People - people who give more importance to BRAIN and not to HEART, or vice versa - THE EXTREMES.
    • Think of persons who live only with HEART i.e they always follow their HEART. They will be happy, contended to a large extent. For Example - children. You would see that they are carefree and happy and dont give too much thought about what their future will be, how they are going to earn in this big bad world etc. But, Not using their BRAIN or logical mind will lead to problems. For example, they will play with sharp objects because they like it. They might get injured. That experience will tell them NOT to touch sharp objects.
    • The other kind of people are those who live predominantly with BRAIN and forget their HEART's desires i.e they do things methodical and logical. They typically will be successful but NOT HAPPY. Example is CEOs of companies. Assume that CEO was not enjoying his job. He has appointments throughout the day. He has no time for family as there are always pressing problems and tensions in the company. He has to put in so many hours as he is highly paid and by logic, he prefers high pay and hence focuses less on other aspects. In course of time, he is likely to have health issues, social issues, depression etc. The reason is he is using only logical mind or BRAIN and suppressing the life that his abstract mind or HEART needs. He is always thinking about patterns generated by his logical mind.
    How to resolve conflicts between BRAIN and HEART, how do be balanced? The surprise is its NOT 50 50 - i.e Its not 50% HEART and 50% BRAIN that we can call as a healthy balance. Rather its more like 99% HEART and 1% BRAIN!
    • Live life as HEART wants. THAT IS - Always give preference to your instincts or intuition rather than logic. Sing if you like, Dance if you like, Eat if you like. It applies the other way also. Dont eat if you dont like, dont dance if you dont like.
      BUT, there is a catch. You should switch to logical mind if it hurts your physical or mental health OR if it hurts OTHERS physical or mental health. Example - If you want to drink alcohol, your logical mind will say DONT DO IT. It will affect your health. Then prefer your logical mind AND LET GO of the HEART's thought that you need alcolhol. So rule of thumb is - LIVE LIFE ACCORDING TO YOUR HEART OR INTUITION, switch to LOGICAL MIND ONLY IF IT HURTS YOU OR OTHERS. This ensures that you will have PEACE OF MIND because you are living in harmony with yourself and with nature.
    • One area of confusion is what is there is a conflict between BRAIN and HEART and there is a perceived damage in both actions. Example - HEART wants to stay in a job as you like that job but BRAIN says the salary is not sufficient to run the family. In these cases, there is a need for good amount of thought. Evaluate which decision has lesser loss. Its individual perception. Take time - 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 day, 1 week - Dont take more than one week. Then come to a conclusion which way has lesser loss. Take that decision and stop thinking about the problem any more. Even if the BRAIN keeps generating worrying thoughts or negative thoughts, DO NOT HOLD ON IT. Convince your mind that you have thought about it enough, BEST decision was made, HENCE you can LET THE THOUGHT GO. MOVE ON.
    • One more important conclusion of this strategy is - DO NOT REGRET BAD DECISIONS. Example - you went by train to a place because of money limitations and unfortunately train got delayed. Dont start worrying that you should have taken the flight. You took the BEST DECISION at that point. Now, think about whats the best alternate for the future? Whats the MINIMUM LOSS or DAMAGE at this point. Go ahead. Convince your mind that you NEED TO LET GO of the worrying thoughts you are not in control or is in the PAST.
    • One more important technique is - DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU SHOULD ENJOY OR BE HAPPY ONLY AFTER ACHIEVING A GOAL. Enjoy the process and not just the result. Example - You want to buy a home. It might take you 10 years, 15 years or 25 years or finally it may not be possible. Convince your mind that the process is to be enjoyed as much as the result. If not, its not worth it. Understand that eating an ice cream when your mind likes it GIVES YOU EQUAL PLEASURE as winning an olympic medal. Convincing your mind of this reality is important and repeating this when you have a situation like this is the key to enjoy the process and result.

    So on the whole, We learnt 3 things to be mentally positive.
    • Thoughts will keep coming. Retain positive thoughts and LET GO negative thoughts as much as possible.
    • Enjoy the process of achieving the goal and NOT just the goal itself. Remember Eating an icecream GIVES SAME HAPPINESS as winning an Olympic gold medal!
    • Finally Listen to your HEART and take your decisions unless there is a conflict with your BRAIN - Choose the BRAIN/logical mind's analysis ONLY IF the Heart's decision is either hurting you OR someone else. In case of conflicts, take time and try to understand the least damaging decision and go ahead!
